Which means you're fairly acquainted with the market, what are the current domain registration rates offered by various Domain Registrars, etc. Great, in that case we'll come straight to the point. No Minimum Deposit: By now, you must have already figured out who the Registrar is (in case you haven't, we don't mind telling you, just ask us). You should even know that to avail the pricing like above, you need to maintain a five figure deposit in USD (or have done a five figure business with the Registrar). However, with us you will never require to pay us any setup fee or minimum deposit. Pay as much or as little as you want. Start with a zero balance if that's what you want and make your first payment after getting your first order! Have you ever seen an offer like that? We have already done a huge 5 figure business with the Registrar and hence enjoy their lowest prices! As an example, the minimum deposit that you would require to pay them is $199 and you get a pricing of $9.49 for a .com domain whereas with us you make any advance payment (even $10) and enjoy an extremely low price of $8.39.

Support: Look, if you're fairly acquainted with domain registrations, you very well know that there's practically zero support required. Being a reseller, we'll expect you to look around in the knowledgebase (link at the bottom called Documentation) before you ask us any questions, considering that we're getting just a few cents. For example, you should know how to change name servers (and if you don't, you'll find it in the knowledgebase). Having said that, you can ask us anything that is not answered in the knowledgebase.

Payment Options: We accept payment through Paypal. Additionally, when you make a payment through the "Add funds" tab, only the net amount will be added to your account, not the gross amount. So for example you make a payment of $100, your account will be credited by $96.80 (assuming the paypal transaction charge is 2.9% + 30 cents). It doesn't make sense to absorb paypal fees when we're working with low margins (sometimes as low as 10 or 20 cents) while paypal transaction charge is 30 cents plus a percentage.

Update: For Indian Clients who wish to pay by cheque, we have now begun accepting payments in Indian Rupees. You can send us a cheque / DD in INR (Indian Rupees) favoring "Aware India" and courier it to our mail address and once the payment is cleared, we will credit your account after converting it into USD (US dollars) as per xe.com. (DD / Pay Order payments are credited immediately on receipt). Minimum payment has to be Rs 1000/- else Rs 35/- will be subtracted as administrative charges. For outstation cheques, bank charges will be subtracted first before crediting your account. Do remember to mention your Reseller ID behind the cheque. It should be written in the format "Reseller ID = your ID here" Cheque bounces will attract penalty of Rs 100/- (plus bank charges at actuals). You can also transfer the payment into our HDFC Bank Account "Aware India", B D Rd Branch, Account No 00052000004450. Do remember to mention your reseller ID in the "transaction details".
