Excellent Customer Support!
Hi everyone,
To be honest I thought deeply about using a hosting site from India as I prefer to purchase hosting locally. I was wrong to have doubts as these guys have proved themselves to be well above average as a hosting company.
I had just dropped another hosting company because, over the past two years I had been with them, I never got a straight answer to a the most simple of questions and I feared I may be jumping from 'the frying pan into the fire'.
However, AwareIndia have been excellent in their support and, more importantly, very patient with this poor old non-techie.
An example of their dedication to their customers is that I asked them to install CMSInfusion for me and I couldn't believe my eyes when I received a ticket reply within two hours to say it was done. I was 'gob -smacked', to say the least and it works perfectly.
Their hosting packages are excellent value and I highly recommend them.

I can not recommend Samir and Mayur and their Team at AwareIndia highly enough.
I'm a professional businessman involved mostly with off-line marketing trying his hand at on-line. I had a few dollars to spare and decided to invest in the CMSI system knowing that a computer dummy like myself will eventually benefit from it.
Well to cut a long story a little shorter, I decided to use AwareIndia to register and host my site & free installations of my CORE CMSI !!!
As a successful off-line businessman I know the importance of providing the best customer service possible. The AwareIndia team have excelled in this area and maybe put me to shame a bit. I'm currently living in Central East Europe and I know there is at least a 4 hour time difference. This means that at 9pm my time the team at AwareIndia are helping me fix up my installation and system teething problems when they should be in bed. At first I thought it must be automated but then realized that it was just their way of offering very quick and personal service. You must have a large team there. Thanks guys for all the free installations and professional service. When I get my site up and running I will definitely join your affiliate programme ! I know you guys are going to do well in this business and I wish you all the best !

I was setup free with my hosting ( more hosting & traffic that I have ever seen on a hosting package)
To be fair The Traffic caught my eye. But again can the host deliver. Th,Th,Th,
I am stunned,, you people,, Samir & Mayur & Dolly, Well aaaagh, I do not like blowing up people...
Fact and this is TRUE FACT::: I was set up within less than 12 Hours. My setup included .. Webhosting, ( very big) to me not a problem, just the traffic,, huge.. for the price ( That is what it is all about.. Surprise to me was the SETUP,WHM INSTALLATION,CMSI, INSTALLATION ( FREE,FREE)
I am sorry, but you guys should not ever do an installation for free. You now have the nerve to do all CMSI CORE installations for free.
Well For the webspace and the massive traffic you offer I just go. Damn where were you Years ago.
People honestly from me Ronnie Graham this has been the best I have seen & come accross.
True Fact:: I was privilege to experience the support and help and feedback on my questions from the Admin on this WebHost.
SHOCK TO ME:: My Hosting,Site,Complete Setup, & on-top of that my Free CMSI Installation.
You people must have lost your crackers to offer complete free installation on all hosting accounts. What for me is even more cranky, you offer free installation on all Ten OFF My Accounts.
Simple. I am going to move all my domains to you.

I am new to online marketing (And learning more each day than I used to in a full semester of college).
I chose AwareIndia mostly because they offered to do all of my CMSInfusion downloads for free.
Being new, I was unsure of what to look for as far as total space available and service record, but since they have been around for 8 years, I was comfortable enough to try them.
I can't say enough about how impressed I have been. I was quoted a wait time of 60 hours on my install, but it was done in 8hrs. Every question I have sent into support has been answered quickly, and the answers have been complete and helpful.
I HIGHLY recommend this service, especially for inexperienced people. I can't speak for the long term ability of this company, but if they do continue to produce the way they have so far for me, I will probably never use another hosting company.

I recommend Aware India's Hosting option as I am using and I am suggesting all my friends to go for their hosting plans. As I found their hosting plans are good and their services are good. I know them from last 4 years and I am using their services from last 4 years.I have more then 7 sites hosted by them. I am fully satisfied with their service. You will not get better service then them.

I have tried quite a few hosts like manas, netfour, etc but I find Aware India to be the best for both - pricing and support. Since I design web sites I don't require much support but whenever I require I have got it. I give 5/5 stars to them and highly recommend them.
