How do I pay using Paypal? |
| Ans. |
You can login to your backoffice and select the pending invoices and make the payment. Since Paypal charges us a transaction amount of 30 cents + upto 3.9% (depending on your location) please ensure that the minimum payment is $2.49 to absorb their charge. If required, you can manually send us a payment of any amount to our Paypal address paypal (at) awareindia (dot) net and we will add this amount to your usable credit. Remember to put your client user ID in the special instructions box when you're sending the payment. |

I upgraded my hosting account and the payable amount is less than $2.49, what do I do? |
| Ans. |
As mentioned above, please send us a minimum amount of $2.49 to our Paypal address and we will manually credit your account. Any amounts sent below $2.49 will attract a penalty of $5. There is no higher limit :) |

Do you accept Paypal subscriptions? I prefer to be billed automatically at every billing cycle. |

Yes, we do. Just remember to cancel your existing subscription if you happen to upgrade / downgrade your account.

My country does not support Paypal, can I pay using a credit card? |
| Ans. |
Currently we only accept Paypal. Do note however, that you do not need a paypal account to be able to pay through credit card. We will update this FAQ once we add other payment gateways that take credit cards. |

Can I pay by cheque / DD? |
| Ans. |
Yes, you can. You can send us a cheque / DD in INR (Indian Rupees). Once the payment is cleared, we will credit your account after converting it into USD (US dollars) as per the prevailing rate at XE.com. (DD / Pay Order payments are credited immediately on receipt). You can send us the cheque / DD favoring "Aware India" and courier it to our mail address. Do remember to mention your client user ID behind the cheque. For outstation cheques, bank charges will be deducted at actuals. This will be @ Rs 2/- per 1000, min amount being Rs 30/-. Cheque bounces will attract penalty of Rs 100/- (excluding bank charges). |

Can I pay using Internet Banking? |

Yes, you can. You can transfer the money into our HDFC Bank Account "Aware India", B D Rd Branch, Account No 0052000004450. Do remember to mention your email ID in the "transaction details". Please note: Outstation transactions (outside Mumbai) will attract a charge of Rs 20/- which will be deducted before crediting the balance amount to your account. |

I am a Non Resident Indian, how do I pay you? |

Please visit the NRI Services link of HDFC Bank and then select your region. Then click the Remittances Tab, you will get the details there. |

Can I pay through wire transfer? |

Yes, you can. You can send the payment by wire transfer (also called telegraphic transfer) through Chase Manhattan Bank in New York (Swift ID CHASUS33) for further credit to "Aware India", B D Rd Branch, Account No 0052000004450 (Swift Code HDFCINBB). |

Can I pay by cash? |

Yes, you can. You can send us the cash at our mail address (business working hours only). Do remember to mention your client user ID at the payment counter so that your account can be credited accurately. |

If I pay by cash, can I process my order at your office immediately? |

No, you cannot. For security reasons, access to our computer network is limited to staff members only. |

What is your refund policy? |
| Ans. |
We offer a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee on all web hosting and website builder packages. However, you can claim a refund from us ONLY once. You cannot abuse the system by purchasing a product/service, claim a refund within 30 days and then repeat the process. In the rare circumstance that you're not happy with our services, you're not supposed to order again, right? Additionally, you're not entitled to a refund if we suspend / terminate your account due to fraud / SPAM or any other illegal or unethical activity as mentioned in our TOS. |

Is your refund policy applicable to domain registrations? |
| Ans. |
No, there is no refund for registering / renewing / transferring domains from one registrar to another under any circumstances. Please be very careful of the spelling when registering new domains. |

What is your refund policy for uptime failure? |
| Ans. |
We guarantee a minimum 99.9% Uptime. If the uptime falls below 99% in any calender month, we refund the full month fees (more details in the TOS). Fortunately, we have never required to refund anybody so far, as we have special monitoring service that even sends us an SMS on our mobile phones if there is an issue with the server. And our mobiles are always on, 24 x 7! |

Your rates are too good to be true! Are you for real? |

There are quite a few reasons why we are able to provide better rates than most hosting providers. Since we're established since 1999, we have a very good rapport and track record with the principle datacenters, so we get better rates than others. Additionally, our billing system is completely automated, allowing you to upgrade / downgrade your plan, add more plans and domains, generate invoices, etc. This saves manual expensive labor and time, a benefit that we pass on to you! We also maintain an exhaustive knowledgebase and Support FAQs, training videos to help you, etc. All this reduces our support costs which again is passed on to you by offering lower rates. |
